三维超声成像在胎儿畸形诊断中的应有价值
Application value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal malformation
【摘要】 目的探讨三维超声成像在诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值。方法对53例14-40周胎儿畸形进行常规二维超声检查,及经腹三维容积探头采用表面成像、透明成像、多平面成像模式三维成像。结果①胎儿畸形53例其中常见畸形为神经系统、心血管系统、颌面部位及多发畸形。②实时三维超声表面成像可直观反映胎儿体表结构的表面细微特征、立体形态及相互间的位置关系,并实现了对胎儿运动的立体图像的实时观察,提高了其诊断的准确性;透明成像模式则能成功显示胎儿体内的骨性结构;多平面成像模式则可对感兴趣区进行多角度的观察。结论实时三维超声的成像技术可弥补二维超声的不足,可提高胎儿畸形的诊断水平。
【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetalmalformation.Methods: Fifty-three fetuses of fetalmalformation aged from 14 to 40 weeks were examined with two-dimensional ultrasound,and three-dimensional ultrasound with transabdominal volume transducer.The reconstruction methods included surface mode,transparent mode and multiplanar mode.Results: 1.Fifty-three fetuses of fetalmalformation including central nervous system,cleftlip or hologastroschisis(enterocele),cardiac anomalies,malformations in many organs,are frequently defected.2.Surface mode could clearly demonstrate the surface features,form constructions and the related positions of the fetus.Transparent mode could successfully display the inner structures of the fetus.On the other hand,the region of interest could be viewed from various directions by using multiplanar mode.Conclusions :Three-dimensional fetal ultrasonography can fill up the deficiency of two-dimensional ultrasound and improve the level of diagnosis on fetal alformation.
