【摘要】 目的通过观察疣毒清合剂对复发性尖锐湿疣患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)的影响,探讨疣毒清合剂治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的机理。方法将70例复发性尖锐湿疣患者经除疣治疗后随机分为治疗组与安慰剂对照组,分别给予疣毒清合剂和模拟中药治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-2的水平,同时观察两组治疗后疣体的复发情况。结果治疗组治疗后血清TNF-α水平较治疗前降低,且低于治疗后安慰剂对照组水平,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清IL-2水平较治疗前升高,且明显高于治疗后安慰剂对照组的水平,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组复发率为17.14%,明显低于安慰剂对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论疣毒清合剂能调节机体的细胞免疫功能,可有效防治尖锐湿疣的复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Youdu Qing Mixture in treating recurrent condyloma acuminatum by observing the effect of Youdu Qing Mixture on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin 2(IL-2) in the patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum.Methods Seventy patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum were allocated randomly to Youdu Qing Mixtur group or placebo group after surgical removal of warts,and the two groups received treatment of Youdu Qing Mixture and placebo drug,respectively.The serum TNF-α and IL-2 of the patients were measured before and after treatments.Meanwhile,the recurrence of warts was observed and compared after treatment.Results The level of serum TNF-α in Youdu Qing Mixture group decreased significantly after treatment,and was significantly lower than that of placebo group(P < 0.05).The level of serum IL-2 in Youdu Qing Mixture group remarkably increased after treatment,and was significantly higher than that of placebo group(P < 0.01).Youdu Qing Mixture treatment group had a lower recurrence rate(17.14 %) than placebo group(P < 0.01).Conclusion Youdu Qing Mixture possesses the ability of regulating the cellular immune function and effectively preventing the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum更多还原
