【摘要】 目的建立月腺大戟的HPLC特征图谱,为月腺大戟的质量控制提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以狼毒乙素为内参照物,采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C1(8250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为226 nm,柱温20℃。结果获得了较为理想的月腺大戟药材HPLC特征图谱,确定了12个共有峰。结论该方法简便、准确,可靠,为评价月腺大戟药材的质量提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata.Methods 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methylacetophenone was used as the internal standard substance.The reversed phase HPLC system consisted of a C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) and a mixture of acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase with gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The absorbance was monitored at 226 nm and the column temperature was 20 ℃.Results A satisfactory method for HPLC fingerprint determination of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata was established,12 characteristic peaks in the HPLC fingerprint were indicated.Conclusion The method is simple and accuracy with good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control method for Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata.更多还原
