【摘要】 目的优化活血舒筋贴膏中挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺条件。方法以挥发油包合率、包合物收率为指标,采用正交试验方法优选搅拌法制备挥发油β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺条件。结果最佳包合工艺条件为:挥发油与β-环糊精比例为1∶8(mL∶g);包合时间为40 min;包合温度为60℃。结论优选出的工艺包合率和包合物收率均较高,工艺合理、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize β-cyclodextrin inclusion process for the inclusion of volatile oil in Huoxue Shujin Strapping.Methods After β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared by stirring method,orthogonal experiment was performed for the optimization of β-cyclodextrin inclusion process,and inclusion rate of volatile oil,recovery rate of inclusion compound were used as indexes.Results The optimized inclusion conditions were as follows: the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1 ∶ 8(mL/g),the inclusion temperature was at 60 ℃ and inclusion time lasted 40 min.Conclusion The optimized method is efficient,reliable and feasible,with high yield of inclusion complex.更多还原
