【摘要】 目的观察刮治法联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将入选的56例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例,治疗组予刮治法联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,对照组仅予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶外用,共治疗8周,两组患者均每周观察1次皮损变化情况,疗程结束后评价疗效。结果治疗8周后,治疗组痊愈19例(67.86%),显效4例(14.29%),好转3例(10.71%),无效2例(7.14%),有效率为82.14%;对照组痊愈6例(21.43%),显效3例(10.71%),好转4例(14.29%),无效15例(53.57%),有效率为32.14%;两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刮治法联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗扁平疣具有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of verruca planae with the therapeutic method of scaling combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel.Methods Fifty-six patients with verruca planae were divided into two groups randomly,treatment group and controlled group.Each group had 28 cases and both of them used externally Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel.The treatment group receival the treatment of scaling in addition.The leision changes of the two groups were observed weekly,while curative effects were assessed after 8 weeks therapy.Results Twenty-eight patients of the treatment group completed the 8-week trial,including 19 cases(67.86%) cured,4(14.29%) remarkably effective,3(10.71%) effective,2(7.14%) ineffective.The total effective rate was 82.14 percent.While in the control group,6 cases(21.43%) cured,3(10.71%) remarkably effective,4(14.29%) effective,15(53.57%) ineffective,the total effective rate was 32.14 percent.The difference of effective rate between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The therapeutic method of scaling combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel is the more prominenly beneficial to patients with verruca planae.更多还原
