【摘要】 目的探讨奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素,阿莫西林治疗口周皮炎的疗效。方法 90例口周皮炎患者随机分为两组,两组均外涂氯硫霜,3次/d。同时,治疗组口服奥美拉唑及克拉霉素,阿莫西林,两组疗程均为10天,疗程结束后随访6个月,判定疗效并观察复发率。结果治疗组有效率为89.13%,对照组为63.64%;治疗组复发率为11.11%,对照组为83.33%。两组有效率及复发率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.005)。结论奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗口周皮炎疗疗效显著,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxycillinum in treating perioral dermatitis.Methods Ninety patients with perioral dermatitis were divided into two groups randomly,which were all treated with chloramphenicol and sulfuris cream three times per day,meanwhile the patients in the treatment group were treated with omeprazole and clarithromycin and amoxycillinum,The therapy period was ten days for both groups.After the teratment,the efficacy and the recurrence rate were evaluated after the following six months.Results The total effective rate was 89.13% for the treatment group and 63.64% for the control group,the recurrence rates were 11.11% and 83.33% respectively.They showed a significant difference(P<0.005).Conclusions The combination of omeprezole and clarithromycin and amoxycillinum has an obvious therapeutic effect and a low recurrence rate in treating perioral dermatitis.更多还原
