【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the best extraction process of Qiancao Xiaoshi granules.Method:With the contents of the total quercetin and kaempferol as the indexes for the water extraction process,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process.The method of prepared granulation was determined.Result:The optimal process of the extraction was to add 12 and 10 times water,and 10 times water respectively,decocting 3 times,1 hour for each time.Conclusion: The extraction technology of Qiancao Xiaoshi granules is reasonable and feasible.更多还原
