【摘要】 目的:探讨滋阴补肾填精法对卵巢功能低下的影响。方法:将99例卵巢储备功能下降的患者随机分为治疗组(服用滋阴补肾填精中药汤剂)52例与对照组(服用知柏地黄汤)47例。观测卵巢功能低下患者服药前后血基础雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)。结果:治疗组服用滋阴补肾填精中药后FSH、LH降低,E2升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率与对照组比较亦有显著性差异。结论:滋阴补肾填精中药干预卵巢衰退疗效确切,对改善卵巢储备功能、预防及延缓卵巢早衰(POF)的发生有着不可估量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Zi Yin Bu Shen Tian Jing Chinese medicine on slowing ovarian function recession.Methods: The 99 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(administered Zi Yin Bu Shen Tian Jing Chinese medicine) in 52 cases and the control group(administered Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang) in 47 cases.The changes of E2,FSH,LH were observed in patients before and after treating.Results: The FSH,LH decreased and E2 increased more significantly in treatment group than that in the control group.Conclusion: Zi Yin Bu Shen Tian Jing Chinese medicine can treat ovarian recession,improve the ovarian reserve function,prevent and delay premature ovarian failure(POF).更多还原
