【摘要】 目的:探讨桂枝甘草汤及其提取物组分对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支15m in再灌注1h,并检测心肌组织SOD、MDA、Ca2+的含量。结果:桂枝甘草汤提取物全方组、水组分、30%醇组分能够显著抑制心肌SOD活力的下降,也可使MDA生成量显著减少,有效稳定大鼠缺血再灌心肌组织Ca2+水平,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通过减轻钙超载、抑制心肌SOD活力的下降、减少MDA生成量,保护缺血再灌注的心肌组织。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Investigate protective effect of guizhi gancao tang and its extract on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury of rats.Methods: Reperfusion 1h after Ligation rats left anterior descending coronary artery 15min.Detecting the content of the cardiac muscle tissue SOD、MDA and Ca2+.Results: Extract of guizhi gancao tang,its extractive composition of water and 30% ethanol can significantly restrain reduction of SOD vigor,make reduction of MDA generation notably and stable effectively Ca2+ level of rats ischemia-reperfusion cardiac muscle,which have significant difference compared with model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: It can profect the cardiac muscle of ischemia-reperfusion through alleviating calcium overload,restraining descent of the cardiac muscle SOD vigor and reducing generation of MDA.更多还原
