【摘要】 目的:探讨中药寒热药性与游离脂含量的相关性。方法:选取20种寒性中药和20种热性中药,提取总游离脂,运用统计学方法分析总游离脂含量与寒热药性的相关性。结果:热性中药的总脂含量明显高于寒性中药,两者比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药总脂含量与中药药性存在相关性,脂类是中药寒热药性的物质基础之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the relationship between free lipid and cold or heat property and reveal the relativity of four properties and material basis.Methods: 20 kinds of heat or cold herbs and 20 kinds of herbs were selected for the research.The sample was weighed by electronic balance,and the average total lipid content was calculated,then the SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the relativity between their contents and the cold or heat property of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results: The statistical results show that it is P=0.0269<0.05.It represents that there are significant differences between cold and heat herbs in the lipid contents.Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between cold or heat property and the free lipid.In addition,the free lipid is one of the material basis of four properties of Traditional Chinese Medicine.更多还原
