【摘要】 目的:观察栗酮对高脂饮食所致高脂血症大鼠血脂及胆固醇的影响。方法:采用含4%胆固醇加猪油灌胃的方法诱发大鼠高脂血症。将50只造模成功大鼠随机分为栗酮高、中、低剂量组、阳性药非诺贝特组、高血脂模型组。另取10只大鼠为正常对照组。连续灌胃给药60天,分别采血检测血清总胆固醇(T-CHOL)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果:栗酮300、150mg/kg明显降低血清T-CHOL、TG、LDL-C水平,与高脂模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无明显影响。结论:栗酮具有明显的调脂降脂的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the antihyperlipidemic effect of LITONG on hyperlipidemia of rats induced by high fat diet.Methods: The animal models of hyperlipidemia were established by administration of pork fat with 4% cholesterol.Fifty model rats were selected and divided into LITONG high-dose,middle-dose,low-dose,fenofibrate and model group.The control group was designed with 10 rats.The rats were treated with different doses for consecutive 60 days.The blood samples were collected for measuring total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in rats.Results: The serum levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in rats treated with LITONG(300mg/kg,150mg/kg) were lowered significantly(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusion: LITONG has a significant antihyperlipidemic effect in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.更多还原
