【摘要】 目的:观察寒、热方剂对幽门结扎型、醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒、热证模型大鼠血清血栓素B2(TXB2)含量的影响,以阐明方证相应规律。方法:采用寒、热因素结合幽门结扎、醋酸涂抹法,建立大鼠胃溃疡寒、热证模型,采用酶联免疫法检测受试大鼠血清TXB2含量的影响。结果:幽门结扎型胃溃疡各模型组大鼠血清TXB2含量与空白组比较显著升高(P<0.05);醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒证血清TXB2含量显著升高,与空白组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。大黄黄连泻心汤可显著降低热性溃疡组大鼠血清血栓素B2的含量,理中丸可显著降低寒性溃疡组大鼠血清TXB2的含量(P<0.05)。结论:通过"方证相应"理论验证了"病证结合"的胃溃疡寒热模型复制成功,大黄黄连泻心汤治疗热性幽门结扎型和醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡;理中丸治疗寒性胃溃疡,均可通过降低大鼠血清TXB2含量而实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction and Lizhong pill on TXB2 contents in serum on gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid combined with cold or heat syndrome rats,then to expound the objective regularity of "formula-syndrome corresponding".Method:Adopting cold or heat factors combined with pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid methods to establish gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome.Using euzymelinked immunosorbent assay to detect the NT contents in serum.Result:Compared with the blank group,the contents of TXB2 in gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus deligation of every modle-group increased remarkably(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the contents of TXB2 increased remarkably(P<0.05)in the gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid combined with cold syndrome.Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction can increase the contents of TXB2 in stomach-tissue of heat-ulcer group obviously.Lizhong pill can increase the contents of TXB2 in stomach-tissue of cold-ulcer group strikingly(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of the theory of "formula-syndrome corresponding",verifying the success of duplicating "disease-syndrome combination model",that is gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome.The therapeutic action of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction on the gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid combined with heat syndrome or Lizhong pill on cold-gastric ulcer can both be achieved by increasing the contents of TXB2 in serum.更多还原
