【摘要】 目的:为观察艾迪联合泰素(Paclitaxel)、顺铂(DDP)、氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)治疗晚期胃癌疗效及毒副反应。方法:98例中晚期胃癌,其中进行艾迪、顺铂、泰素、氟尿嘧啶治疗的50例(A组),进行顺铂、泰素、氟尿嘧啶治疗的48例(B组),其中可评价病例62人,A组30人,B组32人。艾迪60mL,每天1次,连用28天;泰素135mg/m2,第1天;顺铂20mg/m2,第1～5天;氟尿嘧啶750mg/m2,第1～5天。28天为1周期,至少2个周期评价疗效,按WHO标准评价毒副反应。结果:A、B两组有效率分别为46.7%(14/30)和40.6%(13/32),两者差异无统计学意义,χ2=4.659,P=0.054。主要的毒副反应为骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应,其中白细胞减少B组比A组明显,χ2=6.847,P=0.009。A组较B组生活质量高,食欲明显增加,恶心及呕吐发生率低。结论:艾迪联合化疗虽然对晚期胃癌患者的有效率和生存期无明显改善,但能提高患者的生活质量且减少毒副反应发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficiency and toxicity of Ai-Di combined with Paclitaxel,PDD and 5-Fu in treating advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Fifty patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with Ai-Di and TCF regimen,while the other 48 advanced gastric carcinoma patients were treated with TCF regimen.Ai-Di and TCF regimen were taken as following:Ai-Di 60mL d1-d28,Paclitaxel 135mg/m2 d1,DDP20mg/m2 d1-d5,5-Fu 750mg/m2 d1-d5.The dosage of TCF regiment was the same as Ai-Di TCF regiment.The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated after two treatment cycles.Qulity of life was evaluated by EORTC QLQ-L43 scale.Results:The overall response rates of Ai-Di and TCF group and TCF group were 46.7% and 40.6%,respectively,χ2=4.659,P=0.054.The major adverse events were bone marrow suppression and nausea and vomiting.The incidence of leucopenia in TCF was more often than Ai-Di TCF,χ2=6.847,P=0.009.The overall life quality was significantly improved in the Ai-Di TCF.Conclusion:The Ai-Di and TCF regimen can not only improve the recent response rate and survival time for advanced gastric carcinoma patients,but it can also improve the quality of life during the chemotherapy without increasing toxicity.更多还原
