【摘要】 目的:建立川芎药材的HPLC指纹图谱,考察不同产地川芎的药材质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-冰醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为322nm。结果:建立的指纹图谱共确定了8个共有峰,结果稳定,重复性好。结论:用该方法建立的川芎药材的指纹图谱,对川芎药材的质量控制是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the quality of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.from different areas.Methods: HPLC method was adopted with a mixture of CH3OH as the mobile phase and with a wavelength at 322nm.Results: The HPLC fingerprints of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.has been established and the result is stable.Conclusion: The fingerprint can be used for quality control of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.更多还原
