【Abstract】 Objective: To study cytotoxic effect of extracts from Tephroseris Kirilowii Turez.Houlub on U266.Methods:U266 cells were cultivated together with the extracts of Tephroseris Kirilowii Turez.Houlub.Cytotoxicity assay was tested by CCK-8.Results:Extracts of Tephroseris Kirilowii Turez.Houlub showed strong cytotoxicity against U266 cells.The IC50 was about 3.2mg·L-1.Conclusion:extracts of Tephroseris Kirilowii Turez showed strong cytotoxicity effect on U266 cells.更多还原
