【摘要】 目的:观察He-Ne激光联合三黄汤改良敷料对糖尿病足大鼠SIL-2R的影响。方法:在用STZ建立糖尿病模型的基础上,通过游泳、冰块降温和液氮冷冻,诱导糖尿病足大鼠模型,约3周时间建立模型。把造模成功的大鼠随机分为激光加敷料组,激光组,莫匹罗星组,糖尿病足模型组,敷料组、空白对照组共6组分组治疗,每组10只。结果:空白组SIL-2R值高于其他各组达2倍以上,经统计学处理具有显著差异(P<0.01);模型组SIL-2R值略高于各治疗组,治疗组中激光加敷料组SIL-2R值最低,激光剂量组次之,莫匹罗星组最高,激光加敷料组与空白组、模型组、莫匹罗星组各组均有明显差别(P<0.01)。激光加敷料组与激光组没有明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:He-Ne激光联合三黄汤改良敷料治疗糖尿病足大鼠SIL-2R值低于其他治疗组,溃疡愈合最明显。为下一步临床实践提供坚实的实验理论基础,为治疗糖尿病足增加了一种医疗与技术方法,同时对糖尿病足的治疗水平的提高有一定参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Observe the united effects of He-Ne laser and improved dressing of Sanhuang decoction upon Rs SIL-2s of the rats with diabetic feet.Methods: On the basis of diabetes model by STZ,to establish diabetic feet model through swimming,ice-cubes reducing the heat and liquid nitrogen freezing,which takes about 3 weeks and divide experimental model of rats into six groups in which 2 groups are respectively treated by He-Ne laser and improved dressing,only He-Ne laser,only improved dressing and Mupirocin,while the model group and normal group have no treatment.Every group has 10 rats respectively.Results:(1)It is easy and convenient to establish diabetic feet model through swimming,ice-cubes reducing the heat and liquid nitrogen freezing,which takes about 3 weeks.(2)The improved dressing of Sanhuang soup can promote the healing of the feet ulcer.(3) The SIL-2R of the normal group is significantly double more than those in other groups(P<0.01),that of the model group is little more than that of the treatment groups.In the treatment groups,the He-Ne laser and improved dressing group has the lowest sIL-2R followed by He-Ne laser group,dressing group and Mupirocin group.It is distinguished from the normal,the model and the Mupirocin groups(P<0.01).However,it has no difference from the He-Ne laser group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of the He-Ne laser and improved dressing on diabetic feet treatment has the lowest SIL-2R and the most significant ulcer healing.It may provide experimental proof and theoretical basis to further clinic treatment,which has increased a medical treatment and technological method in order to treat diabetic feet.更多还原
