【摘要】 目的通过临床路径的管理对急诊科收治急性中毒患者进行诊疗规范,提高医疗质量。方法根据深圳市疾病诊疗指南中急性中毒抢救流程,进行临床路径的管理,对急性中毒的317例患者,根据患者救治时间,治疗效果,医疗费用、住院天数、治愈率等进行分析。结果从院前急救到院内抢救流程有了规范化管理,使急性中毒患者救治的医疗质量明显提高、医疗费用有所降低,患者满意度有所提升。结论临床路径的管理有利于提高急诊科的诊疗规范,使患者在最短时间内得到有序的救治,能够降低医疗费用,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of acute poisoning patients by standard management during clinical treatment.Methods The management of acute poisoning patients during clinical treatment was conducted according to the disease treatment guidance in Shenzhen.The analysis was conducted on the treatment duration,treatment efficiency,treatment cost,hospitalization duration and cure rate of 317 acute poisoning patients.Results After standard management during clinical treatment from pre-hospital care to hospital care,the treatment quality of the acute poisoning patients was improved obviously,and the treatment cost decreased,patients’satisfaction was higher.Conclusion The standard management during treatment process can facilitate the standard diagnosis and treatment in emergency department,so that the patients can get timely treatment at lower cost and the patients’ satisfaction degree can be improved.更多还原
