【摘要】 目的:建立用循环伏安法测定输液中表柔比星含量的方法。方法:以裸玻碳为电极,用循环伏安法测量表柔比星还原峰高与浓度的关系。结果:表柔比星在1×10^-7～1×10^-5mol·L^-1范围内呈现线性关系,r=0.997 0,高中低三种浓度加样回收率达98.2%以上。结论:此方法简单、方便,可用于输液中表柔比星含量的快速测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a cyclic voltammetry method for the determination of epirubicin injection.Method:Using glassy carbon electrode,the relationship between reductive peak and concentration of epirubicin was studied.Result:The calibration curve of epirubicin showed a good linearity（r=0.9970）within the range of 1×10^-7-1×10^-5mol·L^-1,and the sample-adding recovery was above 98.2%.Conclusion:This method is specific,sensitive and accurate,and can be used to detect epirubicin injection.更多还原
