罗红霉素干预治疗铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨罗红霉素干预治疗铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染的疗效。方法:64例铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染患者随机分为两组,试验组口服罗红霉素0.15 g,bid,同时静滴一种药敏试验对铜绿假单胞菌敏感的抗菌药;对照组仅给予一种药敏试验对铜绿假单胞菌敏感的抗菌药静滴。两组疗程均为2周。结果:试验组的临床痊愈率、有效率显著高于对照组,症状、体征好转及中性粒细胞比例恢复正常的平均天数也明显低于对照组,细菌清除率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:罗红霉素联合敏感抗菌药治疗铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染的疗效优于单用敏感抗菌药。

【Abstract】 Objective:To research the intervention treatment of roxithromycin for pulmonary infection by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Method:Sixty-four patients with pulmonary infection by Pseudomonas aeruginosa were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group administrated roxithromycin 150mg twice a day orally combined with i.d one kind of antibiotic sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The control group was only treated with the antibiotic sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The course of treatment of the two groups were both 2 weeks.Result:The remission rate and the effective rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 ).The average days of complaints,physical signs improvement and the neutrophil counts returning to the normal level in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the bacteria elimination rate was also higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the combination of roxithromycin with a sensitive antibiotic in treatment fof the pulmonary infection by Pseudomonas aeruginosa is better than that of the sensitive antibiotic alone.
