【摘要】 目的:制备司帕沙星眼用凝胶。方法:以卡波姆-940为基质制备司帕沙星眼用凝胶。采用正交设计试验,以样品的黏稠度、透明度及pH为考察指标,优化处方配比。结果:所制制剂为淡黄色胶体,凝胶质量符合《中国药典》2010年版眼用凝胶的质量要求。司帕沙星眼用凝胶中卡波姆-940、甘油和1,2-丙二醇的最佳用量分别为0.4%、10%和6%。结论:司帕沙星眼用凝胶的制备工艺简单、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prepare sparfloxacin ophthalmic gel.Method:Carbomer-940 was used as the base to prepare sparfloxacin ophthalmic gel.With the stickiness,opacity and pH of the gel as the assessment indices,the best formulation of sparfloxacin ophthalmic gel was screened by orthogonal design.Result:Sparfloxacin ophthalmic gel was light yellow colloid which accorded with the relative quality requirement in Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010.The best content of carbomer-940,glycerol and glycol propylene in the gel was 0.4%,10%and 6%,respectively.Conclusion:Preparation process of sparfloxacin ophthalmic gel is simple and feasible.更多还原
