【摘要】 目的:研究常山胡柚皮水提取物的止咳祛痰作用。方法:实验组小鼠连续3 d灌胃给药后,采用氨水引咳模型小鼠,观察其咳嗽潜伏期及咳嗽次数;采用酚红排泄量法,测定实验组小鼠气管酚红排泄吸光度A值,观察其祛痰作用。结果:与空白对照组相比,实验组小鼠咳嗽次数减少,咳嗽潜伏期延长,气管酚红排泄吸光度A值明显升高（P<0.05）。胡柚10 g·kg^-1剂量组与阳性药物（盐酸氨溴索）组气管酚红排泄吸光度A值差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:常山胡柚皮水提取物具有良好的止咳祛痰作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of the water extract from Changshan-huyou peel(HY).Method: After orally administered the water extract from HY for 3 days,the mice in the experimental groups were observed the latency and the times of coughing induced by ammonia water,and the value A of phenol red secretion of mice trachea was also studied.Result:Compared with those in the blank control group,the mice in experimental groups reduced the times of coughing and prolonged the latency of coughing with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the positive control(ambroxol hydrochloride) group,the experimental groups also had significant difference in the absorbance value A of phenol red secretion(P<0.05),and the group with HY dose of 10 g/kg showed the highest absorbance value A.Conclusion:The water extract from Changshan-huyou peel has promising antiussive and expectorant effects.更多还原
