【摘要】 目的观察男性脑卒中后尿失禁患者临床疗效。方法:采用电针,排尿功能训练,及保鲜膜袋法治疗、护理30例男性脑卒中后尿失禁患者。结果:治疗后膀胱最大容量较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01),泌尿系感染、尿道疼痛、污染被褥、阴茎糜烂、体位舒适度等方面有明显改善。结论:康复治疗与护理能有效改善脑卒中后尿失禁状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of,male patients with urinary incontinence after stroke.Mthods:Treated 30 cases of male patients with urinary incontinence after stroke electro-acupuncture,urination training,bags and plastic wrap treatment and care.Results:After treatment,Maximum capacity of the bladder was significant difference (P<0.01),Urinary tract infections,urethral pain,pollution,bedding,penis erosion,and other aspects of postural comfort improved Significantly.Conclusion:Rehabilitation treatment and care can effectively improve the situation of post-stroke urinary incontinence.更多还原
