【摘要】 目的:观察针刺治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组46例,针刺攒竹,中脘、内关、公孙、足三里、合谷、太冲。对照组40例,采用胃复安注射液10mg肌注。2组治疗5日后比较疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.5%,对照组为65.0%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗顽固性呃逆具有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating intractable hiccups by acupuncture.Methods:Randomly divided 86 cases into treatment group and control group,treatment group with 46 cases by acupuncture Cuanzhu,Zhongwan,Neiguan,Gongsun,Zusanli,Hegu,Taichong.Control group has 40 cases treated with metoclopramide 10mg intramuscular injection.Then compared the effect of two groups after 5 days treating.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group is 93.5%,while the control group is 65.0%,there is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Treating intractable hiccups by acupuncture can make a better effect.更多还原
