【摘要】 目的:探讨中药辨证治疗手足口病的临床效果。方法:选取我院2008年1月～2010年1月收治的手足口病患者226例,随机分为两组。治疗组给予中药辨证治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林片口服治疗,对比观察两组病例的治疗效果。结果:两组病例临床疗效的比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,两者之间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在手足口病患者的临床治疗中,中医辨证治疗方法具有疗效稳定、经济、合理的特点,值得推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM differential treat HFMD.Methods:Selected 226 cases of HFMD patients in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010 randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group applying TCM differentiation treatment,while control group applying ribavirin tablets in oral,then compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:Treatment group was obviously better than control group in the comparison of two groups’clinical effect,which had obviously difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of HFMD,TCM differentiation treatment had the characteristic of efficacy and stability,economic and rational,so it was worth widely using.更多还原
