【摘要】 中医治疗胆汁反流性胃炎,除了传统的辨证施治外,还要考虑幽门功能失调这一关键因素。根据发病时气血阴阳虚损的基础状况和幽门舒缩功能失调后胆汁反流进入胃腔对胃黏膜的损害过程,划分为幽门前、幽门本身、幽门后三个阶段,针对三个阶段所表现的不同特点予以辩证,分别有侧重的施以相应的治法。实践证明,此法可以更好地提高中医药治疗本病的效果。更多还原
