【摘要】 目的:探讨黄芪活胃汤联合莫沙比利治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取我院2009年1月～2010年12月诊治的92例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予莫沙必利西医常规治疗,治疗组在给予莫沙必利治疗基础上加用黄芪活胃汤治疗,疗程均为四周,治疗后观察两组患者临床症状包括气阴两虚和血瘀脉络表现。结果:两组疗效比较治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为78.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪活胃汤联合莫沙比利治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫可明显改善DGP患者的临床症状,增强患者的胃动力作用,保护胃功能,且不良反应少,具有广阔的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effects and safety on treating diabetic gastroparesis with astragalus Huowei decoction plus mosapride.Methods:92 cases diabetic gastroparesis patients in our hospital during January 2009 to December 2010 were devided into treatment group and control group randomly.The control group were treated with mosapride,the treatment group added Huowei astragalus decoction based on the control group.The course of two groups were four weeks.To observe the clinical symptoms which including the per-formance of Qi and Yin and blood stasis context after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%,and the control group was 78.6%.The efficacy of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating diabetic gastropare-sis with Huowei astragalus decoction plus mosapride can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and enhance the role of gastric mot-ility in patients and protect the stomach function,and adverse reactions,have broad clinical application.更多还原
