【摘要】 目的:观察头项部取穴针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将130例脑卒中患者随机分为2组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用头项部取穴针刺治疗。结果:临床愈显率治疗组为81.5%,对照组为58.4%,两组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。总有效率治疗组为89.2%,对照组为70.8%,2组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:头项部取穴针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating dysphagia after stroke with department of acupoints acupuncture first item.Methods:130 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group were the first item with the Ministry on the basis of acupuncture point selection.Results:The effective rate of the treat-ment group was 81.5%,and the control group was 58.4%,the difference was satistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 89.2% in treatment group and control group 70.8%.Conclusion:Department of acupoints acupuncture first item dysphagia after stroke had a better efficacy.更多还原
