【摘要】 目的:用远红外热断层扫描成像系统(TTM)观察温针关元与肾俞穴治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:65例患者随机分为2组,治疗组35例,对照组30例,对照组针刺取穴大椎、风池、肩井、相应病变夹脊穴。治疗组在对照组取穴的基础上加温针关元与肾俞穴,一月为一疗程。结果:治疗组愈显有效率88.6%,高于对照组76.7%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),TTM显示颈部温度治疗组与对照组相比,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),肾区与下腹部温度,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:治疗颈椎病不但应局部取位,还应加用温肾治疗,标本兼治,才能提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating cervical spondylosis by Guan-Yuan and Shen-Shu with TTM(thermal texture maps system).Methods:65 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:The treatment group(n=35) and the control group(n=30).The patients in control group were treated with acupuncture on bilateral Da-zhui,Feng-chi,Jian-jing,Jia-ji-xue.And the patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture on bilateral Da-zhui,Feng-chi,Jian-jing,Jia-ji-xue and tepid acupuncture on Guan-Yuan and Shen-Shu.Take 1 month as a treatment course.Results:The efficiency of the treatment group up to 88.6%,was higher than 76.7% of the control group(P<0.05).The temperature of cervical joints of patients in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the temperature of renal region and hypo-gastric region of patients in the treatment group was much higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:To treat cervical spondylosis should not only take local acupuncture points,still should add the warm-kidney acupuncture pints.Only using this treatment to resolve both the symptoms and root causes,can we improve the clinical effect.更多还原
