【摘要】 目的观察银尔通治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效及安全性。方法将88例口腔溃疡患儿随机平均分为治疗组与对照组。对照组以口服维生素B₂及口腔涂蒙脱石散糊治疗,3～6次/d;治疗组应用银尔通治疗,喷口腔溃疡3～6次/d,两组均治疗一个疗程（3～6 d）。观察疗效及安全性。结果应用银尔通治疗口腔溃疡,疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论采用银尔通治疗口腔溃疡效果满意,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and security of yinertong in the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods Eighty-eight children with oral ulcer were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with oral vitamin B₂ and oral smectite paste （ oral ulcer area were pasted 3 6 times per day）. The treatment group was treated with yinertong（ oral ulcer area were sprayed 3 6 times per day） . A treatment course was 3 6 days. Both safety and efficacy were observed. Results The therapeutic effect of yinertong in the treatment of oral ulcer was obviously better than control group. Conclusion The yinertong in the treatment of oral ulcer is the effective method, and worth of clinical application.更多还原
