【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods and curative effect of treating open tibial fracture. Methods Twenty-three patients with open tibial fracture were treated by external fixator and axial pattern skin flap. Results All patients obtained good fracture healing after the operation. Conclusion Fracture healing rate can be strikingly improved by use of external fixator and axial pattern skin flap in the treatment of open tibial fracture.更多还原
