【摘要】 目的:对县乡两级医疗机构门急诊使用抗菌药物进行综合干预,促进合理使用。方法:依照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》等法规,在各医疗机构实施综合干预措施。调研干预前1个时段、干预后2个时段各医疗机构抗菌药物使用、管理情况,进行对照研究。结果:综合干预管理后,各医疗机构完善了抗菌药物使用管理制度;3个时段门急诊处方抗菌药物不合理例次率,县级医院为14.13%、10.69%、7.25%,乡镇卫生院为23.65%、16.17%、14.38%,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过对县乡两级医疗机构抗菌药物使用管理的综合干预,降低了门急诊抗菌药物使用率,提高了合理使用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To make the usage of antimicrobials more reasonable through comprehensive intervention management of hospitals in Haiyan county.Methods: According to Guiding Principles for Clinical Application of Antimicrobials and etc.,carry out the comprehensive intervention management in all hospitals.Investigate the first period before intervention and the second and the third period after intervention of antimicrobials usage and management in these hospitals,comparison research.Results: After comprehensive intervention management,they have established antimicrobials management and usage system in all these hospitals.Antimicrobials unreasonable utilization of outpatient and emergency department prescription,unreasonable utilization is 14.13%,10.69%,7.25% in county hospitals,and is 23.65%,16.17%,14.38% in rural hospitals,statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusions: Applying the comprehensive intervention management of antimicrobials usage of hospitals in Haiyan county can reduce the usage rate of antimicrobials and improve the reasonable usage rate.更多还原
