【摘要】 目的观察益气养阴活血解毒汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛临床疗效及对C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规降糖药和扩张冠状动脉药物治疗,研究组加服益气养阴活血解毒汤,疗程均为4周。观察两组临床疗效及血清CRP、HCY水平的变化。结果研究组临床症状及心电图总有效率均明显高于对照组;两组糖化血红蛋白、HCY均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组;对照组CRP水平无明显变化,研究组明显降低;两组均未发现明显的毒性和不良反应。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上,加用益气养阴活血解毒汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效显著,其对CRP、HCY水平的影响可能为其作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of Yiqiyangyinghuoxuejiedu Decoction on the clinical effect,CRP and HCY in patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease.Methods:Patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group treated with conventional western medicine and the trial group treated with Yiqiyangyinghuoxuejiedu Decoction and conventional western medicine.After 4 weeks,the effect,the CRP and the HCY were observed.Results:The clinical effect and the total effective rate of the electrocardiogram in the trial group were higher than those in the control group.In two groups,the HbA1c and the HCY were both decreased obviously.Moreover,the reduction degrees of the trail group were lower remarkably than those of the control group.In the trail group,the CRP level after treatment was lower significantly than that before treatment.However,there was no obvious difference about the CPR level in the control group before and after therapy.The obvious toxicity and the adverse effect were not existed in two groups.Conclusion:Yiqiyangyinghuoxuejiedu Decoction plus routine western medicine has an anti-function on diabetes and coronary heart disease which depends on regulating the CRP and the HCY.更多还原
