【摘要】 目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法对重度颅脑损伤患者血液流变学指标的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法将72例重度颅脑损伤患者随机分为两组,对照组应用西医常规治疗,针刺组在此基础上加用醒脑开窍针刺法;检测两组治疗前后血液流变学指标,并对其进行比较。结果针刺组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞变形指数的改善均优于对照组。结论醒脑开窍针刺法能有效改善重度颅脑损伤患者血液流变学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To obeserve the effect of Xingnao-kaiqiao Acupuncture on the hemorheology of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:72 patients with severe craniocrerbral injury were divided into the control group involving 38 cases and the treatment group involving 34 cases.Patients in the control group were treated by only western routine therapy,while patients in treatment group were treated by combination of western routine therapy and Xingnao-kaiqiao Acupuncture.These hemorheological indices were measured and compared before and after treatment.Results:There were some statistical differences between two groups in these hemorheology indices.Conclusion:Xingnao-kaiqiao Acupuncture can remarkably improve the hemorheological indices in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.更多还原
