【摘要】 基于广泛调研、深入讨论,郑州牧业工程高等专科学校旅游管理系从旅游专业特点出发,提出"素质立系"的旅游管理系建设和发展理念,其内涵是以素质教育为教学工作核心,培养适应旅游行业信息化、知识化、网络化、服务化、国际化特征的现代旅游管理人才。为此,应调整课程结构,提高素质教育质量;利用"三个课堂",增强素质教育氛围;提高教师队伍综合素质,推动素质教育;并将素质教育贯穿于教育全过程,提高学生综合素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 The department of touring management of Zhengzhou Higher Technical School of Herding Engineering has put forward the construction and development view of building department by quality based on broad investigation and deep discussion,its connotation is to cultivate modern touring management talents that characterized by information,knowledge,networking,serving and internationalization adapt to touring industry.Therefore,the following reforms were carried out: adjust curriculum structure to enhance the quality of quality-oriented education;applying "three classrooms" to enhance the atmosphere of quality-oriented education;enhance the comprehensive quality of teachers to boost quality-oriented education;integrate quality-oriented education into the whole process of education to enhance students’ comprehensive quality.更多还原
