【Abstract】 On the basis of building skilled talents cultivation model for coal industry,Huainan Vocational and Technical College has implemented pluralistic talent cultivation model of"production,learning and research combination","ordering form cultivation"and"working and learning combination"in different specialties depending on coal enterprises.The subjective specialty curriculum system of coal was re-organized and the quality standard and examination and evaluation method ware re-constructed based on working process,which has assured the implementation of talent cultivation model.更多还原
