【摘要】 目的:探讨CT增强扫描过程中使用高压注射器注射对比剂的渗漏处理和对策。方法:对收集的9例CT增强扫描对比剂外渗患者进行回顾性分析,总结出外渗原因及处理方法。结果:9例患者经过药物等综合处理1周左右恢复正常。结论:对比剂外渗重在预防,针对不同患者做好不同的预防措施,避免和减少由于对比剂渗漏给患者带来的痛苦,使患者在CT增强扫描时顺利、安全完成检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]Investigation the management of extravasation during dynamic enhanced computed tomography using mechanical large bolus injection.[Method]9 cases of extravasation of contrast agent during CT enhanced scanning were retrospectively analyzed the extravagation and treatment of drugs.[Result]After about a week,9 patients recovered through a comprehensive treatment.[Conclusion]It is essential to avoid contrast agent extravasation.To reduce the pain of patients,different preventive measures for different patients should be done.And then the examination would be passed through.更多还原
