【摘要】 目的:探讨在不影响临床切片质量的前提下,降低生物组织脱水成本,实现Lecia ASP 300生物组织脱水机的低碳使用。方法:比较应用改革酒精脱水程序、脱水篮清洗程序等方法较改革前老方法处理9000个组织块耗材数量。结果:临床切片质量不降低的前提下,每处理9000个组织块耗材量,新方法较原方法节省纯酒精22%,95%酒精68.18%,二甲苯17.14%,石蜡55.56%。结论:方法改革后,使用Lecia ASP 300生物组织脱水机进行组织脱水,能有效降低成本,达到低碳使用。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To reduce the cost of biological organization dehydration and achieve the low carbon use of Lecia-ASP300 dehydrator on the premise of no-affecting the quality of clinical section.[Method]9000 tissue supplies were done and the cost of the alcohol dehydration process of reform,dehydration and other methods of cleaning -procedures basket was compared with the old approach.[Result]On the premise of no-reducing the quality of the clinical section,the new method is more efficient than the original method and save pure alcohol 22%and 95%alcohol 68.18%and xylene 17.14%and paraffin wax 55.56%in the treatment of 9000 tissue supplies.[Conclusion]Using the new method in Lecia- ASP 300 biological organization dehydrator,the cost can be effectively reduced and the low carbon use can be attained.
