【摘要】 目的分析建湖县中小学生健康状况的变化,有效地为预防相关疾病工作提供可靠的科学依据。方法对建湖县中小学生2008—2010年282 994名学生健康检查资料进行比较分析。结果 3年间,学生视力不良率由46.03%上升到57.12%,肥胖患病率由10.88%上升到16.76%,有逐年明显递增的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而女生视力不良率和营养不良患病率均明显高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高年级学生视力不良率和营养不良患病率及沙眼患病率均显著高于低年级学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论建湖县学生常见病患病率总体呈下降趋势,尤其是营养不良、沙眼等有明显下降;龋齿稳中有降,这与该县三四年级学生开展口腔窝沟封闭干预项目有关;但视力不良和肥胖等尚未得到有效控制,应作为今后学校卫生工作的重点,采取切实可行的预防措施,降低其发病率,进一步提高学生健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the changes of health status among primary and middle school students in Jianhu county,provide a reliable scientific basis for prevention of related diseases effectively. [Methods]The physical examination data of 282 994 primary and middle school students in Jianhu county were analyzed and compared. [Results]In three years,the prevalence rate of poor eyesight has increased from 46.03% to 57.12%,and prevalence rate of obesity has increased from 10.88% to 16.76%,which showed a rising trend year by year,and the differences were significant(P<0.01).The prevalence rates of poor eyesight and malnutrition in girls were significant higher than those in boys(P<0.01).The prevalence rates of poor eyesight,malnutrition and trachoma in senior students were significant higher than those in junior students(P<0.01). [Conclusion]The prevalence rate of common diseases in students has decreased in Jianhu county,especially malnutrition and trachoma.The prevalence rate of caries was stable with a slight decline,which was related to pit and fissure sealant project among grade three and four students.The poor eyesight and obesity had not been controlled effectively,which should be regarded as the key of school health in the future.It is necessary to carry out the feasible prevention measures,so as to reduce the incidence and improve the health of students.更多还原
