多不饱和脂肪酸抗氧化功能的人体试验

【摘要】 目的观察试食多不饱和脂肪酸对人体抗氧化作用及安全性的影响。方法双盲设样品组和安慰剂组,每组51例,每日口服软胶囊2次,每次2粒,连续服用175天,检测服用前后的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、水平及生理生化指标。结果样品组试食后血清中SOD显著增高,较试食前提高21.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清中MDA、GSH-Px水平在试食前后的变化无差异(P>0.05),心电图、胸片、血液学等检查结果未发现异常情况。结论该试验使用的多不饱和脂肪酸对人体具有抗氧化功能,且具有较好的安全性。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the antioxidant function and safety of polyunsaturated fatty acids by a human feeding trial. [Methods]Using double-blind trial,Subjects were divided into the sampling group and the placebo group,51 cases in each group.The Subjects were given capsules with oral administration for 175 days,two capsules twice daily.The levels of MDA,SOD,GSH-Px,and physiological and biochemical parameters were measured before and after trial. [Results]After feeding trial,the serum SOD level of the sampling group increased significantly,which increased by 21.7% as compared with that before feeding trial(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the sampling group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in levels of MDA and GSH-Px between before and after trial(P>0.05).No abnormal result was observed in ECG,chest radiograph and hematological examination. [Conclusion]The polyunsaturated fatty acid tested in this study has antioxidant function in human with acceptable safety profile.
