【摘要】 目的观察水飞蓟素胶囊对胆石症患者的疗效。方法将45例胆石症患者随机分为2组,治疗组在术前3天及术后2周服用水飞蓟素胶囊(140 mg次/,2次/d),对照组仅采用手术治疗,不加中药。观察术后疗效、一般情况、胆汁中总胆固醇、胆汁酸及血炎症因子水平。结果治疗组与对照组手术疗效及术后一般情况均较好,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组总胆固醇含量较治疗前下降、胆汁酸升高(P<0.05),与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组手术前后两指标均无明显变化;2组患者术后炎症因子水平均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组比治疗组升高更为显著(P<0.05)。结论胆石症患者行手术治疗可取得良好疗效,若在此基础上联用水飞蓟素胶囊,可降低胆汁中胆固醇、提高胆汁酸含量,并可改善术后炎症反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the curative effect of silymarin capsule on patients with cholelithiasis.[Methods]45 patients with cholelithiasis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given silymarin capsule 3 days before surgery and 2 weeks after surgery(140mg/time,twice daily).The control group was treated by surgery alone without Chinese medicine.The surgery effect,general condition,bile cholesterol content,bile acid level and inflammatory factors content were observed.[Results]The surgery effect and postoperative general condition of the treatment group and the control group were both good,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total cholesterol content of the treatment group before treatment was decreased as compared with after treatment,while the bile acid level was increased(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The differences in the two items of the control group before and after surgery were not significant.The content of inflammatory factors of two groups were increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the increase content of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Surgical treatment on cholelithiasis can get a good effect.On this basis,additional silymarin capsule can reduce cholesterol in bile,increased bile acid level and reduce the postoperative inflammatory response.更多还原
