【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the economic benefit of measles supplemental immunization,provide a scientific basis for implementation of the measles elimination strategy by 2012.[Methods]The cost-benefit analysis was used to analyze the economic and social benefits of measles supplemental immunization.[Results]After measles supplemental immunization in 2009,per 10 000 Yuan can reduced 3.3 and 1.7 cases of measles as compared with 2007 and 2008,and it can produce the economic benefit of 25 700 Yuan and 17 000 Yuan respectively.[Conclusion]Measles supplemental immunization can produce enormous economic and social benefits.更多还原
