茂名市不同工龄和工种辐射剂量对放射工作人员的健康效应分析
Health Effect of Radiation Dose on Workers with Different service length and Type of Work in Maoming City
【摘要】 目的分析茂名市放射工作人员职业性外照射受照剂量与机体损伤效应之间的关系,为提出放射工作场所的整改措施提供科学依据。方法以2010年576名茂名市电离辐射工作人员做为研究对象,监测其受照剂量;选取150名健康医务工作者作为对照组,同时分析2010年职业健康检查资料(包括临床检查和实验室检查)。结果放射工作人员的眼晶状体混浊检出率(25.52%)明显高于对照组(9.33%),并有随工龄增加而上升的趋势;外周血白细胞和中性粒细胞减少检出率除了年接触剂量<1 mSv和工种为普通放射组的放射工作人员与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义外,其他年接触剂量≥1mSv的各剂量组和工种为工业探伤组、介入放射组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论不同辐射剂量、工种、工龄对放射工作人员的健康影响主要表现为皮肤损伤、眼晶状体混浊、外周血细胞和中性粒细胞减少等,并随着年接触剂量、工龄增加异常检出率增加。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the relationship between external exposure dose and body injury effect of radiation workers in Maoming City,and provide scientific evidence for developing reform measures of workplace with radiation.[Methods]A total of 576 workers exposed to ionizing radiation were recruited as study objects for exposure dose surveillance in Maoming City in 2010.Another 150 healthy medical workers were selected as control group,the occupational health check data in 2010 including clinical examination and laboratory tests were analyzed.[Results]The detection rate of lens opacity of radiation workers(25.52%) was higher than that of control group(9.33%),upward with extending length of service.The peripheral blood leukocytes and neutropenia syndrome detection showed,except for dose groups with annual exposure dose <1 mSv and the general radiation group,compared with the control group,the difference of detection rate was not significant;while the differences between control group and dose groups with annual exposure dose≥1 mSv,industrial inspection group,interventional radiation group were all significant.[Conclusion]The main manifestations of radiation workers with different exposure dose,type of work and service length were skin lesions,eye lens opacity,peripheral hemocytopenia and neutropenia which increase with increasing of annual exposure dose and service length.
