【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对重症肥胖患者压疮的影响。方法对29例重症肥胖患者的压疮情况进行分级,根据患者压疮级别进行综合护理:心理护理、肥胖针对性护理、压疮分级结合中药护理。结果各级重症肥胖患者的压疮状况得到了显著改善:总的治愈率为90%,有效率为97%,无效率为3%。结论心理护理辅以中药护理,并有针对性地根据重症肥胖患者特点进行全面的护理干预,能够显著改善并治愈重症肥胖患者的压疮。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the effect of nursing care on bedsore of patients with severe obesity.[Methods]The bedsore status of 29 patients with severe obesity was classed.According to bedsore grades,the comprehensive nursing care which included psychological nursing,obesity nursing,and bedsore classification combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing were adopted.[Results]The bedsore of different grades in patients with severe obesity was improved significantly.The total cure rate was 90%,the effective rate was 97%,and the ineffective rate was 3%.[Conclusion]Psychological nursing assisted with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of characteristic of patients with severe obesity can significantly improve and cure bedsore of patients with severe obesity.更多还原
