柳州地区部分食品中铅和镉污染监测与评价

【摘要】 目的通过连续、动态监测,了解柳州市部分食品中以铅、镉为代表的重金属污染现状。方法监测2006—2009年柳州市粮食、茶叶等11类食品中铅、镉污染状况,按照国家标准方法GB/T 5009-2003对样品进行前处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。结果 4年共检测11类食品样品,铅273份,镉296份。铅符合国家标准244份,合格率为89.4%;镉符合国家标准270份,合格率为91.2%。结论食用菌类已经受到镉的污染,各类食品中铅、镉均有检出,说明存在不同程度的积累,应加强监测、管理。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the heavy metals pollution that presented by lead and cadmium in food of Liuzhou City by continuous and dynamic monitoring.[Methods]The lead and cadmium pollution of 11 types of food such as grain and tea were monitored in Liuzhou City during 2006 to 2009.The pre-treatment of samples was based on GB/T 5009-2003 and then determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer.[Results]A total of 11 kinds of food were detected in 4 years,273 samples for lead detection and 296 samples for cadmium detection.244 samples’ lead levels met national standards,with the qualified rate of 89.4%.270 samples’ cadmium levels conformed to the national standard,with qualified rate of 91.2%.[Conclusion]Edible fungi has been polluted by cadmium,lead and cadmium have been detected in various kinds of food which shows the accumulation of heavy metal.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and management.
