【摘要】 目的检测安阳地区可随访到的56例H IV感染者和患者(H IV和AIDS)的CD4+T淋巴细胞值,分析CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞水平,以了解H IV和AIDS病程进展情况,为抗病毒治疗提供依据。方法对56份抗凝血标本通过BD FACSCount流式细胞仪进行CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞绝对值及CD4+/CD8+比值的检测,统计分析测定值。结果检测56份样本中,CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对计数<200/μl的有32例,占57.14%;200~300/μl的有12例,占21.43%;300~500/μl的有8例,占14.29%。CD4+/CD8+<1,占总检测人数的96.43%。结论按照《国家免费艾滋病抗病毒药物治疗手册》(第2版)标准,安阳市能随访到的H IV感染者已经进入发病高峰。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To test the CD₄⁺T Lymphocyte of 56 HIV infectors and AIDS patients in Anyang Area,to analyze their CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺T lymphocyte levels so as to understand the progression of HIV and AIDS cases,and provide evidence for antiviral therapy.[Methods]BD FACS count flow cytometry was adopted to test the absolute value of lymphocyte of CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺T lymphocyte,and the ratio of CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ of 56 anticoagulant specimens collected from HIV infectors and AIDS patients.The results were analyzed.[Results]Of 56 specimens,32 specimens’ CD₄⁺T lymphocyte counts <200/μl 200/ul,accounting for 57.14%;12 specimens’ CD₄⁺T lymphocyte counts were between 200-300/ul,accounting for 21.43 %;8 examples’ CD₄⁺T lymphocyte counts were 300-500/ul,accounting for 14.29 %.There were 96.43% specimens whose ratio of CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ <1.[Conclusion]According to the criterion of the "National Free AIDS Antivirotic Medicine Treatment Handbook"（the second edition）,HIV Infectors who could be followed in Anyang City has reached the peak of onset.更多还原
