【摘要】 目的了解高中生乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带者心理健康现况及个性特点,为制定促进HBV携带者身心健康干预措施提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性人格量表(EPQ)对120名高中三年级学生HBV携带者进行心理测评。结果 SCL-90各因子得分中,高中生HBV携带者组9个因子得分均高于健康对照组,除恐惧和精神病性因子外,其他7个因子与健康对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中以焦虑、抑郁、强迫和人际关系等因子表现更为突出(P<0.01)。EPQ各量表结果示,高中生HBV携带者组精神质P和神经质N得分高于健康对照组,与健康对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且以神经质N维度HBV携带者组得分最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高中生HBV携带者存在着多种心理问题或障碍,且当前的学校心理健康教育和干预措施严重缺乏,应引起政府和教育、卫生部门的重视与关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the psychological health status and individuality of senior high school students who were the HBV carriers,so as to provide the scientific basis for making the intervention measures for HBV carriers’ psychological health. [Methods]Using Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) and Ethics position questionnaire(EPQ),the psychological evaluation was conducted in 120 senior high school students who were the HBV carriers. [Results]The scores of 9 factors in SCL-90 in the HBV carriers group were higher than that in the control group,except for fear and psychotic factors,there were significant differences in other 7 factors between the HBV carriers group and the control group(P<0.05),and anxiety,depression,coercion and interpersonal relation factors were more prominent(P<0.01).EPQ results showed that scores of psychoticism(P) and neuroticism(N) in the HBV carriers group were higher than that in the control group significantly(P<0.05),and the scores of neuroticism N in the HBV carriers group was the highest(P<0.01). [Conclusion]The senior high school students who are the HBV carriers have several psychological disorders,and there is a lack of mental healthy education and intervention measures in schools,which will attract attention from government,education department and health administration.更多还原
