【摘要】 目的了解肿瘤医院护理人员锐器伤的发生情况及锐器伤发生的可能危险因素。方法采用整群抽样,对江苏省肿瘤医院一线护理人员进行锐器伤相关情况调查。结果有36.96%的护士有过锐器伤;单因素回归分析结果显示,年龄及工作年限是发生锐器伤的保护因素,而高学历、打开玻璃安瓿不用纱布及对标准防护不太了解是锐器伤发生的危险因素;logistic多元回归分析结果显示,对标准防护的了解情况、打开玻璃安瓿及清洗器械的操作是锐器伤发生的危险因素。结论锐器伤发生的主要危险因素是工作中操作的一些失误或不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the occurrence of sharp injury and the risk factors of nurses’ sharp injury.[Methods]Cluster sampling was adopted to investigate sharp injury of front-line nurses of Jiangsu Tumor Hospital.[Results]36.96% of nurses had suffered sharp injury.Single factor regression analysis showed that the protective factors against sharp injuries were age and service length.While the risk factors to sharp injuries were high education,opening the glass ampoule without gauze and lack of knowledge about the standard precautions.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed the risk factors to the sharp injuries were lack of knowledge about the standard precautions,the irregular operation of the glass ampoule opening and cleaning.[Conclusion]The main risk factors leading to the sharp injuries were errors or deficiencies in operation.更多还原
