桂枝汤对高脂血症心肌缺血大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 目的:探讨桂枝汤对高脂血症心肌缺血大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:采用高脂饲料、丙硫氧嘧啶及大剂量VD3多因素联合诱导高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化早期改变;腹腔注射垂体后叶素(pit)造成大鼠心肌缺血。测定6周、12周、18周三个时间点血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度胆固醇(HDL)及低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-c)的含量,应用多导生理记录仪测量心功能参数(LVSP、LVEDP和±dp/dtmax);光镜和电镜技术观察心肌形态学变化。结果:桂枝汤具有升高TC、TG、LDL-C及降低HDL-C的作用,可以改善心肌缺血大鼠左心室收缩和舒张功能(升高LVSP、±dp/dtmax,降低LVEDP);组织病理学结果显示,桂枝汤可减轻高脂血症大鼠心肌组织形态学结构的异常改变。结论:桂枝汤对缺血受损心肌具有保护作用,其作用与改善高脂血症大鼠脂代谢紊乱有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To expolr Cardioprotective effect of Guizhi tang on myocardial ischemia in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods:Myocardial ischemia rat models are estabolished based on the mechanism of coronary heart disease.The early changes of hyperlipid and atherosclerosis are caused by utilizing multiple factors including feeding hyperlipid,propylthiouracil and high doses of vatamine D3.Based on the above,high doses of pituitrin(pit) is abdominal cavity injected.According to the exponent of the kit,measure the TC,TG,HDL and LDL-c in the 6th,12th and 18th week respectively.Determine the heart function with special software for multipurpose polygraph.Results:Guizhi tang significantly improves total cholesterol(TC),total triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),decreses high density cholesterol(HDL).Guizhi tang significantly alleviates myocardial ischemia,rallies LVSP and ± dp /dtmax,decreases LVEDP.Histopathology examination demonstrated that Guizhi tang could attenuate pit-induced myocardial infarction morphologically in hyperlipemia rats.Conclusion:Our results suggest that cardioprotective effect of Guizhi tang on myocardial infarction in hyperlipidemia rats is attributed to its ability to improves the indexes of blood lipid metabolism.
