头皮针结合无错性学习对脑外伤患者记忆及认知功能障碍的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨头皮针结合无错性学习对脑外伤患者记忆及认知功能障碍的影响。方法:48例脑外伤患者随机分成治疗组(24例)和对照组(24例),对照组采用常规运动训练及无错性学习训练,治疗组在此基础上结合头皮针治疗。于治疗前及治疗8周后采用Rivermead行为记忆测试-中文版(RBMT-CV)、洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表(LOTCA)及改良巴氏指数(MBI)对2组患者进行评定。结果:治疗前2组患者RBMT-CV、LOT-CA及MBI评分组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者上述指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且以治疗组的改善幅度较显著,与对照组比较,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头皮针结合无错性学习能改善脑外伤患者记忆及认知功能。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of scalp acupuncture combined with errorless learning on memory and cognitive dysfunction for patients with traumatic brain injury.Method:Forty-eight patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into treatment group(n=24)and control group(n=24).Both groups were treated with routine rehabilitation training and errorless learning,while the treatment group also received scalp acupuncture.All patients were assessed with The Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test-Chinese Version(RBMT-CV),Loewenstein’s occupational therapy cognition assessment(LOTCA)and the modified Barthel index(MBI)at the time of beginning and 8 weeks later.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in any of the assessment.8 weeks later,all the assessment scores obtained with the RBMT-CV,the LOTCA and the MBI in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with errorless learning can significantly improve memory and cognitive ability of the patients with traumatic brain injury.
