【摘要】 目的:探讨舒乐冲剂对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)模型大鼠单胺递质NE、5-HT的影响。方法:采用电凝法制备局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,在此基础上复合孤养、应激处理制备PSD大鼠模型,ELISA检测大鼠脑组织NE、5-HT浓度。结果:舒乐冲剂可提高PSD大鼠脑组织NE和5-HT含量,尤以提高NE为著。结论:舒乐冲剂对PSD大鼠脑内单胺递质降低有改善作用,这可能是其治疗PSD的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Shu-Le granule on the levels of NE,5-HT in Cerebral of Post-stroke depression(PSD) Rats.Methonds:The rat models of local cerebral ischemia were using electrocoagulation methond.Then treated the rats with combined methonds of isolation feed and irritable stimulation.At last by ELISA to detected the NE,5-HT’s levels in the rat’s brain.Results: Shu-Le granules can increased the NE,5-HT’s level of the PSD rats,especially to the level of NE.Conclusion: Shu-Le granule can improved the reducing of monoamine transmitter in PSD rat’s brain.It’s maybe one of the mechanisms to therapying PSD.更多还原
